West Union
• Oct. 3 & 4 -Adams County Trade Days at the Adams Co Fairgrounds in West Union.
• Oct. 10 & 11 - 4th Annual Wheeling Sportsman Deer Hunt and annual banquet at the West Union Fire Dept. Building. .

Georgetown
• September 13 - Courthouse Square Quilt Show and Sale, Courthouse Square, Georgetown.
• Sept. 28 - Oct. 3 - Brown County Fair, Brown County Fairgrounds, 325 West State St.
• October - Ghost Tour, Georgetown. Sponsored by the Courthouse Square Open Air Market, Inc. An October event. It is an evening event and reservations are required.

Wilmington
• September 11-13 - Clinton County Corn Festival at the Clinton County Fairgrounds, 958 W. Main St., Wilmington.
• September 26 - October 31 - Wilmington Haunted Hollow Ride at 1251 Dalton Road, Wilmington, every Friday and Saturday from     from dusk until midnight.
• September 25-26 - Oktoberfest Wilmington at St. Columbkille Catholic Church, 73 N. Mulberry St., Wilmington, Friday from 7 to 11 p.m. and Saturday from noon to midnight. The Oktoberfest is a family/community celebration that blends a time-honored German festival with the vitality and charm of small-town America.
• October 10-30 - "Dinner and a Ghost" at Snow Hill Country Club, 11093  State Route 73, New Vienna, beginning at 6:30 p.m., buffet-style dinner at 7 p.m. The ghost hunt starts after dinner.
   
Washington Court House
• Sept. 18-19 - Fayette Fall Festival; Friday, noon-11 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday at the Fayette County Fairgrounds.
• Sept.26 - Hometown Fest for Habitat:  Held at Grace United Methodist Church, Washington Court House, Ohio.  "A party with a purpose," with music, food, and fellowship.
   
Hillsboro
• September 18-20 – Draft Horse Show and Field Days, Highland County Fairgrounds, state Route 73, Hillsboro. See these magnificent animals doing the work they were bred to do in the show ring and in the field, camping available.
• November 13-14 – Uptown Hillsboro Business Association Holiday Open House, loads of great prizes, special sales and promotions, new Hillsboro-opoly Game begins.
